# Ideas become working products.

Calico is the first Mestira product: an experiment in finding and reading legal source material.

## Calico

Calico’s public SOCI service offers exact passage search, complete reading and links to a checked saved copy of legal material.

## Help shape the next experiment

We welcome practical questions from legal teams, technical ideas from builders and research collaborations.
